San, with over 15 years' experience in the disability sector, witnessed the urgent need for compassionate, tailored support. Her commitment to inclusivity and respect inspired the creation of a service empowering individuals to celebrate their individuality and feel valued.
Joined by her daughter, Samata - whose name inspired the company's foundation - the duo built an organisation that values a family-like approach to care. Samata's passion for mental health support and equitable opportunities complements San's expertise perfectly. Together, they created Equity Support Group to foster independence, agency, and belonging beyond basic care.

Our support workers are carefully selected, NDIS Worker Screening checked and trained for the supports they deliver - including specialist training for high intensity care. We match workers to you for consistency and trust.
